CROSSFIT
CrossFit is defined as constantly varied, high-intensity, functional movements. CrossFit is a fitness program centered on the idea that each exercise we do in the gym translates to everyday movements and to a better life outside the gym. CrossFit workouts are scalable making it an option for everyone. Whether you are a conditioned athlete or have not worked out for a while, every workout can be adjusted to your fitness level. As you become stronger, faster and generally more capable, the workouts are scaled accordingly to keep them challenging. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive; our specialty is not specializing. CrossFit is for everybody.

Sunnyside Flex is the perfect blend of strength + conditioning workouts offered on-site in our group workshops plus virtually in the comfort of your home.

Couch 2 CrossFit focuses on exercise, nutrition, lifestyle, and teamwork to get people moving around and having fun! Our C2CF program is for those with no prior CrossFit experience who are ready to get started on their fitness journey.
