To freeze the Member’s membership and participation in the Autopay Program, a request must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) days in advance of the freeze period. To request the membership freeze, the Member must complete and submit a Freeze/Hold Membership Form. In addition, you must freeze a minimum 15 days and no longer than 90 days. If your membership is on hold at the 90-day mark, we will process a cancellation. Requests must be acknowledged and confirmation must be sent for the freeze to go into effect. Following the end of the Member’s requested freeze period, the Member’s participation in the Autopay Program will automatically be reactivated.
